Return and refund policy
At Ahhsemble, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it sets out the circumstances under which refunds or returns may be provided.
All sales are final once items have been dispatched. We do not accept returns or provide refunds where a customer changes their mind, makes an incorrect selection, or is dissatisfied with a customised or personalised order. Refunds or replacements will only be considered where an item is proven to be faulty or damaged on delivery. Any such claims must be made within seven days of receiving the item and must include clear evidence of the fault or damage.
Where a claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds or replacements will be provided where damage has been caused by misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear. Personalised and customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
